- INSTANT COCONUT BARFI MIX:- -Take 1/4 cup of water in a pan, bring it to the boil, put 1 1/2cup(150gm) Of instant coconut barfi mix. -keep on stirring the mixture on low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes. -Pour mixture into the greased pan or butter paper. -Spread evenly keeping 1-inch thickness. Garnish it with saffron(Kesar). -Let it cool to slice it into a square or diamond shape.

-Take ¼ cup of milk in a pan & bring it to the boil.
-Add half(150gm) of the instant rewari barfi mix in a pan.
-Add chopped dry fruits (almond,pistachios).
-stir it and cook it for 1-2 minutes to make a dough of it.
-Pour the entire barfi mixture in the greased pan or butter paper.
-Spread evenly keeping 1 inch thickness.Garnish it with dry fruits.
-Let it cool for slice it into square or diamond shape.
